These terms explain what a Washable membership gives you and what it doesn't.
What you get
A monthly allowance of washes and, on combo plans, 30 minute dryer blocks at your home launderette. Units are valid for one billing period.
Bookings and cancellation
Cancel free of charge until two hours before your slot and your unit returns. Later cancellations and no-shows use the unit, and repeat no-shows can pause booking.
Staff and machines
Staff authorise each machine start. If a machine fails before your cycle starts we rebook you or return the unit.
Fair use
Allowances are capped per plan. Units do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Cancelling
Cancel renewal online at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
