Do you collect or deliver laundry?
No. Washable is self-service. You bring your laundry, use the machine with staff on hand, and take it home.
Does a dryer block fully dry my load?
Not always. A block is 30 minutes of dryer time. Heavy or bulky loads may need more, which you can pay for at the shop.
What if I am late?
Your code works until 10 minutes after your slot starts. After that the slot can be released and the unit is used.
What if a machine breaks?
We rebook you onto another machine, or return the unit if we cannot. Tell staff straight away.
Do unused units roll over?
No. Units reset on your renewal date and have no cash value.
Is detergent included?
No. Bring your own or buy it at the shop.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account, then Membership, and cancel renewal. You keep access until the paid period ends.
