How Washable works
You subscribe monthly and use washers and dryers at your home launderette. You operate the machine yourself, with staff on hand, then take your laundry home.

Join and choose a home shop
Each membership has one home shop. You pay through Stripe Checkout. Units appear once your payment is confirmed.

Book up to seven days ahead
Pick wash, dry, or both. For combos, we reserve the washer and dryer together or not at all.

Arrive and show your code
Your check-in code works from 5 minutes before to 10 minutes after your slot starts, and refreshes every 60 seconds.

Staff start the machine
They confirm the machine and programme with you. We never claim a machine started from the app alone.

Collect and go
Your held unit is marked used when staff start your session. Cancel later than two hours before and it returns, with a strike on no-shows.
What's included
- Self-service washes on a named standard programme in an approved 9 to 10 kg class machine
- Dryer blocks of 30 minutes on combo plans
- Staffed shop, with staff authorising each machine start
- Booked slots held for you, with free cancellation until two hours before
What isn't
- Collection, delivery, washing or folding service
- Detergent and conditioner
- Large or duvet machines, and extra dryer time
- Unlimited use, rollover of unused units, cash value or transfers
Manual sites rely on staff keeping allocated machines clear. Availability shown while browsing is advisory until your booking is confirmed.
